URF-P6/P6R fiberscopes that have been purchased new or were replaced under Olympus’ recall will contain a “3” or greater as the 3 rd digit of the serial number. Only those fiberscopes with a serial number where the 3rd digit is equal to or greater than a “3” should use this Sub-Assembly.
